Vicious fascist attacks in Stockholm

Over the last weekend REVOLUTION’s Swedish comrades have reported vicious fascist attacks on anti-racists.

Unfortunately, the attacks are part of a general trend in Europe to the strengthening of the far right – obvious in the Austria elections, pogroms in Czech Republic, the far right marches in Hungary, while, in Britain, the fascist BNP’s leaked membership list showed the organisation claimed 12,000 members.

It is clear that economic crises on the scale we are now witnessing do not simply provide opportunities for. Anti-racist and anti-fascist work will clearly be key across Europe in the period ahead. REVOLUTION would like to express our complete solidarity with the Swedish anti-racist and anti-fascist movement. A report from Swedish Revolution will appear here soon.
