Campaigning work of Swedish section of REVOLUTION, April - May 2008

At a national level we have:
- Taken part of the Left Party May day arrangement in Stockholm which gathered around 8000 people. - Released a new number of the magazine covering upcoming events such as the imperialist meeting the 29:th of May in Stockholm and the fascist happening the 6:th of June; revolutionary hip hop; the crisis of the world economy and more. http://revolutionsweden.wordpress.com/2008/04/27/infor-forsta-maj-nytt-n...

Regional level:
In Stockholm we have:

- Continued our work in Kampanjen Stoppa Våldtäkterna – a campaign against the sexism in the judicial system which we started together with the Swedish section of League for the Fifth International (Arbetarmakt) to the background of a case with a rapist in the Stockholm area who has raped several women, of which many reported to the police, but still goes free though evidently guilty. http://stoppavaldtakterna.wordpress.com/

- Achieved official membership of Network Against Racism (NMR) dominated by different anarchist groups. We have a successful cooperation and have taken many good initiatives. http://www.nmr.nu/

In Katrineholm we have:

- Begun a cooperation with the local section of SAC – the syndicalist trade union, as a beginning of breaking our isolation in the anti fascist work.
